Cricket SportsICC Champions Trophy 2017: Virat Kohli made this big statement just after the win against Bangladesh By Nitika SethiPosted on June 15, 2017 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Share on Reddit Share on Pinterest Share on Linkedin ICC Champions Trophy 2017 is Virat Kohli’s first assignment as captain and so far the team is performing excellently. Everyone is hoping to see India-Pakistan in Finals. After a glorious victory against Bangladesh by 9 wickets, India will face Pakistan on 18 Jun at the Oval. Excite after the win, Virat Kohli made this statement in a meeting, “‘Absolutely, I feel we had a complete game. Clean collective performance from us. We did not expect to win by 9 wickets but that’s the quality of batsmen we have. We were really good with the ball. Didn’t let them get away. He’s (Kedar Jadhav) bowled in India as well; he really knows where to pitch the ball. He applied himself really well. His 2 wickets turned around the games for us. Credit to Kedar for sticking to his plans. I was feeling really good. I always take some time. The other guys really allowed me to play my natural game. Today was an opportunity to play the game I can. I grew in confidence. When you’re hitting the short ball well, you know you’re hitting well. Hopefully, Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma can give us another good start in the finals. The side that has more composure and less excited on the field will win the game.”Way to go Team India, Hoping to see many more victories from you.
