Game of Thrones Dropped Its Season 7 Teaser Trailer

The second teaser trailer of Game of Thrones, HBO’s most popular television series is out and it’s chilly (in the literal sense). The previous teaser was launched when they revealed the date of premiere for Game of Thrones season 7. This particular teaser trailer is titled the Long Walk. Check it out below.

As you can see the official promo highlights the thrones of Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, and Cersei Lannister. When Game of Thrones season 6 ended last year, everyone knew that Danny was going to reach Westeros. In the trailer the Mother of Dragons is seen on a throne of Dragonstone. It’s the Targaryen castle where Stannis had resided before. We are hoping we’ll get a better view of the castle and well as Danny’s new costume in the Game of Thrones season 7.

The season has been adapted from materials of the upcoming sixth and seventh novels The Winds of Winter and A Dream of Spring. It’s being adapted for the television by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, and unlike previous season that had 10 episodes, season 7 will consist of only seven episodes.

This season is primarily shot in Northern Ireland, Spain, and Iceland. Like always, season 7 has an ensemble cast of Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Jaime Lannister, Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister, Kit Harington as Jon Snow, Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen, Aidan Gillen as Petyr Baelish, Liam Cunningham as Davos Seaworth, Carice van Houten as Melisandre, Indira Varma as Ellaria Sand, Sophie Turner as Sansa Stark, and Nathalie Emmanuel as Missandei. Two new cast members will be introduced this season, those are Jim Broadbent and Tom Hopper.

While we wait for the next season, go check out these leaks that show Danny and Jon Snow together.

Game of Thrones season 7 returns to HBO on July 16, 2017.
